Website information

This website explains the Kaboom! TCG card game, its cards, rules, and how to play. It is informational only and does not accept orders or payments. The website is intended for teenagers and adults, primarily ages 16 and older.

Whatnot purchases

All sales are through Whatnot for delivery to U.S. addresses. The seller packs and ships orders using USPS. There is no physical retail store, walk-in purchasing, pickup, or in-store return service.

For shipping, returns, refunds, or order problems, start with your Whatnot order page and follow Whatnot's instructions, or email support@kaboom-tcg.com. Applicable Whatnot policies and legal consumer rights remain in place, including for randomized packs. Product contents, guarantees, prices, and delivery estimates are described in the Whatnot listing and order details.

Privacy

Website visits. This site uses Google Sites. Google may process technical information and cookies under its Privacy Policy and cookie information. Google Analytics is currently disabled on this site. The website has no contact forms, signups, embedded videos, third-party widgets, or advertising. We do not add tracking beyond basic Google Sites hosting, send marketing emails, or sell personal information.

Support and orders. Support email is hosted with Google Workspace. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and information you provide to answer your inquiry. Whatnot provides buyer and delivery information needed for fulfillment. Whatnot buyer information is used only to fill and support orders and is not used for unrelated marketing. Whatnot handles information separately under its own privacy notice.

Information is disclosed to USPS and necessary service providers only where permitted, or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards.

We ordinarily retain support correspondence for 90 days after an inquiry is resolved, unless longer retention is necessary for an active dispute or legal obligation. Sales and accounting records are retained for applicable tax and legal requirements. Information received through Whatnot is kept only as long as needed to fill and support orders and to meet legal requirements.
